Tyson Pitzer has over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate investment, management, leasing and sales through his prior position as an Investments Director at Madison Marquette. Madison Marquette is a national real estate investor, developer and operator focused on retail, residential and mixed-use real estate with a portfolio of over 20 million square feet. Tyson is personally active in real estate development. Currently he is a principal and project manager for the ground-up construction of a new 3-family rental building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Tyson was a manager in Deloitte Consulting’s real estate strategy and operations practice. Tyson is active in the New York chapters of US Green Building Council (USGBC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He received a BS from Texas A&M University and earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
